What is everyones opinion on gays in the military?

Frankly, I think that anyone should be allowed in the military, because I am not fighting, and neither are alot of other people. So let them fight! Also, if I do get drafted for the military I want to be in a all *beep* platoon. When I get shot, they wont be running to get the medic, they will avenge me. They will be fighting for my heart, not the country.

Don't *beep*s get AIDS and other STDs? Why should they be allowed in the military if they deliberately put themselves at risk of catching there diseases? I'm joining the RAAF in a few months, and I had to take a blood test to see if I had any diseases in my blood. Also, I wouldn't want to have to share a room or anything else with a *beep*. It's just wrong.

By the way, stop the military bashing! It's the government's fault for making them do what they do. And when you get put under so much stress, there has to be a way to take it out. I read that 1 in 7 deaths in Iraq after the "war" ended was due to suicide.

hate to also say this...but human race will not cease to be if gays marry...at most it will just make people realize that your sex means nothing, and you can pick who you want to be with in life, instead of you know, sleeping with people behind someones back because society forces you to hump and have childern, cause you know sex is only for procreation....no can't have pleasure can we...cause you know that would cause something called loving marraige, instead of having abusive people in your life as a kid cause daddy can't get his *beep* pounded by the guy he loves...and mom can't lick her friend...

we live with it in communities now, why can't we live with it just the same on the battle field ...

I agree with you 100%. There is no need for any of this, and if a *beep* is proud enough of his country to go into the army for then to be killed by one of his roommates, or another *beep*hole who found out about him, that's just a bunch of crap...

Halve? I think not. Do you know how few homos there are in the military? I would imagine it isn't something that'd want to do... Homosexuals aren't exactly the physical types (you know what I mean).

I sure as heck woudn't fight for you...even if I am only bi. Your a biased freak.

I personally think anyone should be able to join the army(Airforce or Navy) to defend there country. And if I ever join(not that I am) I'd like to be in a straight platoon, just so  Ican scare the *beep* outta them at night, mwahahaha!

if gays can't join the military then when conscription comes around assuming it isn't around then alot of people will pose bi...
