Naru seen a program on corporate ownership of seeds.
Farmers try to use their own seeds, and in the middle of the night
these "seed inspectors" show up in their fields
and if they find any of their corporate seeds
they file law suits against them.
Of course the wind, animals and birds move seeds around, so
there's likely no possibility that one these trademarked seeds
can't be found.
It's a huge problem in the U.S.A, not just India.
Independent farmers are being driven out of business
by the governments allowance of corporate trademarked seeds.
They simply get sued out of business by corporations,
who either find and or "plant" these engineered seeds on their land.
It's bad news for all of us, because the food source is for the most part
now biochemically engineered. It isn't natural.
Welcome to corporate globalization.
The real reason for all the wars in the middle east.
They got to get at the resources of each land, and
force their peoples to accept indentured servitude. (jobs)
It's one of the last places in the world that haven't voluntarily
got with their program.

Wot happen to people standing up for themselves?
It's damn near impossible.
The governments are all owned by corporations.
Regular people would have to get into groups,
and find a free land, and just start all over.
But all the worlds land has been claimed by one country or another.
So we're all screwed.
Maybe there's freedom in death.

I havn't grown anything in some time. However, I know alot of the plants around here that are edible. More then I thought.
Also, I love mulberries, and they grow like wild flowers here. The prob is I don't like them ripe, I like them almost ripe. A little red still. Nice and sour.
Plus they are full of protein too....

you are, but once people get to know you, a smile

Well I am planing for the collapse of society. Where roving bands of zombies prevent the mass growing of foods and you must survive on what you can find to eat....

But to cook would mean fire. Can't have those zombies finding me!
I guess I could lay it on a rad rock for a while to cook it.
