if those aren't good then look at the link provided above and let me know if you see any you like I am pretty much budgetting myself for $320 for cpu+motherboard but if the $339.98 one is a good deal I am willing to stretch a little but if i can get a good one for under $320 that would be great too.
btw I was planning on doing it next year but sped things up because tried to play Last Remnant for PC and my CPU ussage jumped to 99-100% so it slows down like crazy figure will need a better computer and my computer is agoing to be 4 years in october so I might as well do it this year.

a while to study this
so bear with Naru.
The higher the GHz the better,
regardless of how many cores.
Unless your going to overclock.
Then, higher Ghz is still better.
Don't get less than 3.2GHz.
You'll probably be stuck at
dual core.
Last time Naru checked, a quad processor
at 3.2Ghz was $900.
Now to study your items.

I dont think i need a quad at 3.2GHz anyways that would be way too much for me personally i think a dual core i5 would work fine. like i said I dont need it to be a real serious gaming machine just one to play some games once in a while. the computer I have is just an AMD64 3800+ single core so an i5 at about 3GHz would be a huge enough improvement and shouldnt have any problems considering Last Remnant is probably the highest end game I probably will play and the recommended requirements for the game is:
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4 GHz) / AMD Athlon X2 (2.4 GHz)
* RAM: 2GB
* HDD: 15GB of free space
* Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 8800 VRAM 512

That's a MICRO ATX.
It's small.
For Home Theater PC's.

Motherboard seems pretty "average".
Not bad, not great.

This is another
MICRO ATX.
They are for Home Theater set ups.
Small box.
Last PC Naru built was one of these.
They function the same as any PC,
You just have a small box.
Some desktop cases will accommodate
Micro ATX, some won't.

Best one
from your list.
You will still need
a good video card.
You knew that already though.
You should actually purchase the Motherboard
and processor chip last.
So you can test it, when you get it.
Have all the hard drives and RAM
and disc burners first.

I say stay away from that. If you intend to play games, you will want to have at least 1 PCIE at 16x, 2 is better so you can double up the vid cards as an upgrade.. That has a 16x slot, but it is powered at 4x, so eh. Can't do as good.
So, as a simple rule, I say have 2 PCIe slots at 16x, that doesn't go less the 8x power each with both filled, 2 PCIe 1x, and a PCI slot. Have 4 slot ddr3, 16gb min dual channel mem. Audio and video, depends on if you have vid or sound card, they are better, but cheaper inbuilt. I wouldn't get any motherboard that doesn't have at least that.
As for a CPU, yeah, for the moment faster GHZ is better, but in a year or 2 I would bet a 2.4ghz quadcore will KILL even a 4ghz CPU. Right now, the different cores aren't used often, so it is like just a 2.4ghz processor, but once things are optimized, hell yeah. That one you pick is a good choice, I believe.
