I don't like any form of censorship, and that is all that Green dam really is. Add that to the @@@@ proxy crap they got in china already, and net life can be pretty bad.
However, like any other forms of government attempts at control of the net, there are ways around. I have posted about UltraSurf before, but I shall do it again. Why you ask? Cause now it comes bundled with a program called Green Tsunami, which is specifically there to remove Green Dam. So now UltraSurf is a total bundle for anyone behind the iron curtain.
Now I know none of you are from china, but you may know someone.
Also, this a just a pretty nifty program, and the fact that they bundle it with Green Tsunami is very cool. Add that it is all free, and background, and I think that it should be a part of anybody's programs repertoire.

A free proxy that automaticly updates the proxy list, runs in the background, and now comes packaged with a program that will remove the security that comes builtin to every new comp in china.

Also, lucky. I wish this was out when I was in school. Arlington blocked all the proxies I could find, and most of the good gameing sites.
