Well, I guess that means we won't get to see you around to much.
Best of luck, I hope you shoot up the ranks.
Just remember to keep your head down when the guns are blazing, and don't get yourself killed.

Gold! You have golden eyes. You tend to be quite
distant, and may come off as depressed. In truth,
you are, but once people get to know you, a smile

And I have been thinking about it too. If you got no where else to turn, the army will take you.
Two problems though:
1. I get bad migraines. Real bad ones. And bad vertigo when I stand up too quick, it can knock me down.
2. I could never kill anything. Just thinking about hitting something while driving scares the hell out off me, and I know I couldn't take a persons life. Combat or not.

Well. I have been talked into waiting a month before I join. Parents.
Honestly I think this would be great for me. And its not something I just decided to do. I've been talking about it for some time. I even talked to this guy at my church. Yea kinda lame. But even he said that he thinks it will be a good change for me.
If you think about it I'm a perfect addition.
I'm from the south. (Doen't that just scream military?) I've tried the college thing, and it's not that I'm stupid or anything. I just don't have any motivation for college or any idea what I should do there. I'm already accustom to lack of sleep and working to the point of complete exhaustion.
I've tried to put forth the action of joining several times before since I've been old enough. And every time I get talked out of it or I convince myself not to because of something stupid or for someone stupid. My dad asked me to wait a month to think about it and if I felt the same way he'd support me fully. So I gave em a month. I figure it's the least I could do.

Well, it's either that, or you're in Australia doing nothing more or less. There ain't that many places Australian troops get sent to...and those few are the only somewhat dangerous ones. Otherwise you've got the same possibility of danger as getting hit by a truck on the street. Well, at least, I think so?
