My current fav would be Life is like a Boat by Rie Fu.
But I also like Friends by Stephanie
and Motto Hade ni ne! by Haruka Tomatsu
Rie Fu and Stephanie are my fav of the Jpop singers. Of the 41 songs I have, they take up 6 of them(3 each). Would be more if I get around to listening to them. Ever one of them I heard I liked.

Gold! You have golden eyes. You tend to be quite
distant, and may come off as depressed. In truth,
you are, but once people get to know you, a smile
or a laugh breaks through your emotion barrier every
now and then!

I can only think of a couple of songs that I like that are J Pop but I only know them from playing DDR. One is called "Butterfly" but I don't know who it's by off hand and the other is Dai-En-Kai (don't know if that's the name of the group or the song or even if it's the correct spelling). I'll have to look into them more and post the correct information later.

Um, yeah, no. It would seem we have wildly different taste when it comes to music. That was an insult to my ears. And Dag Nab it! It's stuck in my head. I hate you.
Shudder...
Note: Only half joking.

Found my source!
The songs that I was thinking of were on Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 3 on the Xbox and they are "Butterfly" by SMiLE.dk and "DAIKENKAI" by Des-ROW feat. TSUBOI for ALPHA (aka Des-ROW UNION).

MORE LIKE GAY-POP AM I RIGHT
Pop in general, is gay. IMO, its even more so when its in a language that you can't comprehend. But then again, music is universal, so I don't really mind if people keep things to themselves. But there are instances when I see people blast non-English music to prove a point (i.e. weeaboos) or talk about how they can relate to a certain song when its pretty obvious they can't understand the lyrics for shit... yeah, those are the types of people that deserve to be shot.

I like the fact that I don't know what it means. Then I really am just listening to the music. Not the words. Makes it kinda like opera.

If I really like the song I'll look it up to know what it means, so that I can have more of connection to it. Example, Reise Reise by Rammstein. I really liked it and I liked it up, turns out it's about fishermen and being on a boat. Who knew?

Agreed. For me it was Towa no Hana (Flower of Eternity) by Yoko Ishida and Motto hade ni ne! by Haruka Tomatsu. Though I wasn't much surprised by their meaning.
