where is the utitilities download section ????????

You get there by opening a thread in the general discussion forum and calling it "I'm a big, fad, giant idiot + loser because I don't read the rules". Then a moderator will come and link you to the download section.

Plus I don't think we have the firmware. I don't think I have ever seen any NDS firmware files, outside of Flashme and Firmware Nitro files.
