Can someone help me, it seems that I can only shout once a day. When I try to shout again it says "Shout flooding is enabled. Please wait 5 seconds before shouting again." This start to happen this month, It never happen before. What should I do ?

and he tried after 5 sec to no avail. He tried a few min after his first shout. He PMed me to try and get help, but I had no idea. I have also heard of other's who couldn't shout either, though they were not elite, so I don't know if it is the same problem.
