Crest 3, black background, change all the yellows to orange, all the blues to red.

These are obviously all the same crest, just throughout the years. It would appear the timeline goes 1, 3, 2, 4. The obvious answer is to take four and add something to it.

That isn't true, lazlo. They are taken from multiple time periods, that is true, but also from multiple countrys.

It would depend on what you're using it for. Crest 2 would likely be the most historically accurate.

i guess we are seeing how a difference of opinion is justified by the forum members, while providing Theredbaron some useful feedback to help with a difficult choice.

Baron, I know what you mean about the choices. I have a fairly common name and also have several crests to choose from, though not all are so similar as your choices. From the selection above I would also suggest crest 3. Of the 4 there number 3 looks to be the most distinguished as the others look a little to toony for me.

6 kids, 5 NDS's, a recipe for disaster!
