The general look and feel reminds me of the HL2 engine. Looks like Rockstar has produced a jewel. I can't wait to play it.

Totally!! This GTA is gonna rock, I think it has potential to be the best selling video game of all time, and may be the killer app for both next gen systems to help convert late adopters! I love the setting, game looks rad, especially the lighting. I wonder if there is going to be multiplayer support??

I think if it wants to deliver a new experience R* is gonna need multiplay, split screen co-op and online play. Game 3.0 as Phil Harrison would say. It needs to create a strong community to take everyone away from Gears 2, Halo 3, Mass Effect (although I don't think ME has any online co-op play.. sadly)

well this game actually takes place in Liberty City (jup again!)

it looks good, but i like to wait till another trailer or a demo before jumping to conclusions...

I hope that rockstar has added some of the detail that THQ did in Saint's Row. I love how the path is shown for the next loaction you need to travel to. I think a lot of innovation went into Saint's Row. GTA IV looks good, so I hope it plays as well.

Tokyo would be a great place to locate the GTA world in. Paris might be another city to think of. Or Vancouver would be another choice. I think the developers want the city to be big so that you are not confined to a limited play area.

I'm guessing it will come out for Xbox 360 being that the demo video was downloadable on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Anyway, It looks great and I can' t wait to play it. Just wish I could get my hands on Guitar Hero 2 now lol.
