..why exactly do you need to encrypt them??
..I got an encrypter and it says you need windows xp to use it.. i have windows me.. So i cant.
and i was wondering why they need to be encrypted in the first place >_>
why dont they come pre-encrypted?

The slot in the back of the DS is only capable of running encrypted roms from an original DS game card.
Because of this, pirated DS roms are stored on and run from a flash card inserted into the GBA slot at the bottom of the DS. In order to dump the DS Rom off of the DS Game Card it needs be decrypted. So my guess is that your encrypting the DS Roms to try to play it off of NO$GBA
