Update 2: After a fair bit of help from Supersmashbrothers (SSB), the coder of the army system, we've got it up and running for IPB 2.2.

It was a pain to convert all the files from the old system over to the new one, (Having to deal with apostrophes in the file name, and the addslashes php function not dealing with them, etc) but I'm glad that I did it. This dl system seems to be a lot better than Dean's (less bugs.)

sweet update .... i may just convert bac kto IPB on my sites

1) the "#of downloads" feature must be added again,
2) the "limit registration per day" feature seems to be a decent idea ... maybe 20 per day?
make it easier on us mods/admins
