The PAL version is in Spanish, right?
If not, then what is the difference between the PAL and US versions?
Thanks.

NTSC is basically US North America versions (This is not only for games mainly for Videos... formats originated from themn)
PAL is Europe, Usually most PAL games are Multi 5 languages (less or more)
so this includes usually spanish, french, italien, german (i think) and english ( for the uk)
NTSC Releases only have english (usually.. some have mutli)

To clarify... NTSC and PAL are TV settings, not handheld settings. In this case, it SHOULD be labelled with an (E) not a (PAL) as it is a gameboy advance rom. And the difference is that (E) is Europe (which has been mentioned should be english, but some have multi-language) whereas (U) is United States/Canada release. If you find a (S) that's a spanish only one, if that helps at all.
