In this link, at the bottom of the page, you can dowload the latest version of VBAlink. It also supports that wireless connection as well. I have tried it (with Pokémon) and it works perfectly.

hey, I have VBA Link now but I can't get it to work. I tried trading from Sapphire and Leaf Green but it didn't work. How do I open up a second screen for the second game.
Use 1 vbalink as server, an set the other vbalink as a client, then it should connect correctly.

Naru has never successfully traded a poke'mon with
VBA link.
The farthest Naru ever got with it was to have
both VBA links on with the poke'mon trainers
actually entering the trade room with the list of poke'mon
to trade....THEN IT FAILED.
Only one time could Naru even get into the trading room.
It may work at some point, but you wont care by then.

If you just want to transfer items between save files but refuses to hack,
you can simply open 2 VBALink windows and run the same rom with different save files. You should rename your save files from sav to sa1, sa2 ...
By switching your windows, you can transfer items with wireless network.

Try this website.

I have tried trading pokemon (between my Sapphire and my Leaf Green version for example) and it works. Just read and follow the instructions.
I've never tried connecting with someone else over the internet, though.
Not sure if it's possible.
You could always exchange your save files and then trade on your own PC.

I tried it and it worked. I played golden sun 2 with my friends today so thanks otters! ^.^ Although the computer does like like crazzy if you don't have a fast one. I also heard that you can play a N64 emulator on the net now can't wait to try it out.
