I know this is look stupid, but I forgot my ID, no not this one, I just create this ID just to ask for some help. Is there a way can be done or I just have to forgot the old one and use this one instead ? Thanks before hand

They think that all they need is happiness. So they push everything out. They numb themselves to it until when the time comes for them to actually feel, they can't. They don't know how. They've fixed themselves in a way so that they can't even be happy. In the end they sort of just exist. You're not like that, and they're not used to it.
