Emule is pretty good, i believe bittorent may be a bit better tho when searching for psx iso's, and as far as the emulators go it varies between epsxe and psxEven depending on the game your playing.

kefkadman: people say im weird tho, maybe they just dont feel enough
Stephanie z: People don't feel enough. People don't like feeling at all. Feeling makes them uncomfortable. It reminds them they're not perfect. No one wants to be sad or angry or scared or unsure. They think that all they need is happiness. So they push everything out. They numb themselves to it until when the time comes for them to actually feel, they can't. They don't know how. They've fixed themselves in a way so that they can't even be happy. In the end they sort of just exist. You're not like that, and they're not used to it.

ive tried all the playstation emus i found and i couldnt get them to work! can some one help me out?
I believe this setting are vary from one PC to each other, except they have the same spec. If you you epsxe, try with different plug-in if one doesn't work.

Most people already said epsxe is the best PSX emulator, and I'm happy to agree with that.
A few of you said you can't make it work, so I thought I'd give a little advice from personal experience (just cause I'm new here doesn't mean I can't be helpful).
For the uninformed, epsxe runs on plugins, which means you can't just download it and start using it, you need... well... plugins. They're not hard to come by, but some are better than others.
So, for reference:
- I use Pete's OpenGL2 for video (the regular Pete's OpenGL plugin works great too, OpenGL2 just has some fancy extras).
- For audio I recommend P.E.Op.S. DSound (this is, to my knowledge, an open source adaptation of Pete's DirectSound).
- For CD-Rom I recommend Pete's CDR (are we seeing a trend here? Pete makes arguably the best PSX plugins out there).
You'll also need a PlayStation BIOS, and since most forums frown upon discussing the downloading of a BIOS, and I'm new here, I won't get into that (maybe someone who's been here longer and knows what is and isn't okay can provide more info on this).
Once you've got your plugins, you have to use the emulator's Config menu to set them up how you want them. With proper settings and a good computer you should be able to run just about any PSX game on epsxe. I'm sure there are a few out there that don't work perfectly, and there are probably one or two that don't work at all, but most will be just fine.
Hope this is helpful, sorry it was so lengthy.
